1. Who we are
Roam is an eSIM data service operated by Dimva Ltd (company number 16068163), registered in England and Wales, with registered office in Loughborough, England. We trade as Ordera. Our support email is [email protected].
2. What the service is
Roam sells eSIM data plans that let you access mobile data when travelling. Plans are delivered digitally as an activation code sent to your email — there is no physical SIM card. Coverage depends on the local network operator in your destination country.
3. Device compatibility
It is your responsibility to confirm that your device supports eSIM before purchasing. Most smartphones made after 2020 support eSIM, but not all models and carrier configurations do. You can check by going to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM on your device. We cannot issue a refund solely because your device does not support eSIM.
4. Digital product & delivery
All purchases are for digital products. Once you complete payment, your activation code is sent to the email address you provided, usually within seconds. There is no physical delivery. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the product is digital and delivered electronically.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees — we have no control over these.
6. Refunds & support
We handle each case individually and aim to resolve all issues fairly. If an eSIM cannot be activated due to a fault on our side, we will either replace it or issue a full refund.
7. Network availability
We do not guarantee network availability, speed, or coverage in all areas of a destination country. Network quality depends on local operators and is outside our control. eSIM data plans are intended for general travel use and are not suitable for mission-critical connectivity requirements.
8. Acceptable use
Our eSIM plans are for personal, lawful use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the activation codes or data plans. Each plan is for one device only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimva Ltd's liability for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant plan. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from use or inability to use the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will always show the date these terms were last updated at the top of this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
